About this policy
This policy covers the TJF Info mobile app for Android and iOS and the tjfinfo.com website. The app is operated by Joffre Frangieh. Roy Araygy is the developer account holder shown on Google Play. Contact: Joffrefrangieh@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your chosen language, the IDs of stories you save, and whether you turned news alerts on, in storage on your device. It checks the device language to choose an initial language. No account is needed, and the app does not send your language setting or saved-story IDs to our server except as described under push notifications.
Content and network requests
The app loads articles, images, and videos from our server at api.tjfinfo.com, which runs on a server we rent from a hosting provider. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and technical request details, such as the content requested and your device and app type, when the app loads content. These appear in server logs that are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile.
Push notifications
News alerts are optional and stay off until you turn them on. If you turn them on, the app sends our server a notification token for your device, your app language, and your device platform (Android or iOS), so we can send alerts in your language. Alerts are delivered through Expo’s push service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) or the Apple Push Notification service (iOS), which process the token and alert content to deliver them. Turning alerts off in the app deletes the token from our server. Tokens are also deleted when the delivery service reports that the app is no longer installed, or after 180 days in which the app was not opened.
Our website
The tjfinfo.com website is a static information site. It sets no cookies and has no forms, accounts, advertising, or analytics. Vercel, our website host, processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site.
Advertising and analytics
The app has no advertising, analytics, or user accounts. We do not sell personal information.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to answer your message and handle your request. Your email provider also processes the message under its own terms. We keep support messages while needed to resolve the request, then delete them when no longer needed, except where a legal obligation requires retention. You can ask us to delete a message by emailing the address above.
Your choices and deletion
You can change the app language, remove saved stories, and turn news alerts on or off in the app (or turn notifications off in your phone settings). Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app removes its locally stored preferences and saved stories from the device, subject to any device backup you control. Contact us at the email above about support messages or privacy requests.
Security and changes
The app, our server, and the website use HTTPS. The app stores preferences only on your device. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We will update this policy and its date when the app’s or website’s data practices change.

المعلومات المحفوظة على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك اللغة التي تختارها، ومعرّفات القصص التي تحفظها، وما إذا كنت قد فعّلت تنبيهات الأخبار. ويتحقق من لغة الجهاز لاختيار اللغة الأولى. لا يتطلب التطبيق حساباً، ولا يرسل إعداد اللغة أو معرّفات القصص المحفوظة إلى خادمنا إلا كما هو موضح في قسم الإشعارات.
المحتوى وطلبات الشبكة
يحمّل التطبيق المقالات والصور والفيديوهات من خادمنا على api.tjfinfo.com، الذي يعمل على خادم نستأجره من مزوّد استضافة. وكأي خادم ويب، يتلقى عنوان IP الخاص بك وتفاصيل تقنية عن الطلب، مثل المحتوى المطلوب ونوع جهازك وتطبيقك، عند تحميل المحتوى. تُسجَّل هذه المعلومات في سجلات الخادم التي تُحفظ لفترة محدودة لأغراض الأمان وحل المشكلات. لا نستخدمها للتعرّف عليك أو لإنشاء ملف عنك.
الإشعارات
تنبيهات الأخبار اختيارية وتبقى متوقفة حتى تفعّلها. عند تفعيلها، يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك ولغة التطبيق ونوع نظام جهازك (Android أو iOS)، لنتمكن من إرسال التنبيهات بلغتك. تُسلَّم التنبيهات عبر خدمة الإشعارات من Expo وخدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging على Android أو خدمة Apple Push Notification على iOS، وتعالج هذه الخدمات الرمز ومحتوى التنبيه لتسليمه. يؤدي إيقاف التنبيهات في التطبيق إلى حذف الرمز من خادمنا. وتُحذف الرموز أيضاً عندما تُبلغ خدمة التسليم بأن التطبيق لم يعد مثبتاً، أو بعد 180 يوماً من عدم فتح التطبيق.
موقعنا الإلكتروني
موقع tjfinfo.com هو موقع معلومات ثابت. لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)، ولا يتضمن نماذج أو حسابات أو إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل. تعالج Vercel، الجهة المستضيفة لموقعنا، بيانات الطلب التقنية مثل عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح والصفحات التي تطلبها، وذلك لتقديم الموقع وحمايته.
الإعلانات والتحليلات
لا يتضمن التطبيق إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل أو حسابات مستخدمين. ولا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية.
رسائل الدعم
إذا راسلتنا، فسنستلم عنوان بريدك والمعلومات التي تختار تضمينها. نستخدمها للرد ومعالجة طلبك. ويعالج مزوّد بريدك الرسالة وفق شروطه. نحتفظ برسائل الدعم أثناء الحاجة لمعالجة الطلب، ثم نحذفها عندما تنتفي الحاجة إليها، ما لم يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها. يمكنك طلب حذف رسالة عبر البريد المذكور أعلاه.
خياراتك والحذف
يمكنك تغيير لغة التطبيق وإزالة القصص المحفوظة وتفعيل تنبيهات الأخبار أو إيقافها من داخل التطبيق (أو إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات هاتفك). يؤدي مسح بيانات التطبيق أو حذفه إلى إزالة التفضيلات والقصص المحفوظة محلياً من الجهاز، مع مراعاة أي نسخة احتياطية تتحكم بها. راسلنا عبر البريد المذكور أعلاه بشأن رسائل الدعم أو طلبات الخصوصية.
الأمان والتغييرات
يستخدم التطبيق وخادمنا والموقع بروتوكول HTTPS. ويحفظ التطبيق التفضيلات على جهازك فقط. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بالكامل. سنحدّث هذه السياسة وتاريخها عند تغيّر ممارسات البيانات في التطبيق أو الموقع.
